I have been using the muscle rub for a while now. This product lives in my gym bag. It is without a shadow of a doubt the best thing I have used to help with the muscle ache after a heavy weight session. I use it on my chest, shoulders and Legs mainly and it helps to ease the soreness of a big weight training day, it doesn't completely cure the ache but helps reduce the soreness, also helps me sleep once the rub has helped my legs relax. Would I buy again? 1000% YES and I have on many occasions. I will be due another order shortly to make sure I don't run out.
